As an Insurance Verification Specialist at our esteemed medical facility, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Reporting to the Billing Manager, you'll be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, obtaining authorizations, and facilitating the billing process.

Responsibilities:

• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Authorization Coordination: Obtain necessary authorizations and referrals from insurance providers for medical services.
• Billing Support: Assist with billing processes, including data entry, claim submission, and follow-up on unpaid claims.
• Patient Communication: Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and payment options.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in insurance verification or medical billing preferred.
